Dr. Asilay Seker

Asilay is a NIHR Academic Clinical Fellow in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN), King’s College London, and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.

Her research interests are in neurodevelopmental conditions in children and young people, and understanding individual risk and outcome profiles to personalize assessments and care.

She is currently completing a project on sex differences in autism diagnostic assessments, and working with the CAMHS Digital Lab team and local CAMHS clinics to improve families’ access to useful resources via the myHealthE - CAMHS Virtual Waiting Room while on a waitlist for neurodevelopmental assessments.
